missingWrote a review on Dec 16spacious suitehigh water pressurefriendly staffrefrigerator issue
I had a fantastic stay at Cityflats! The executive suite felt spacious and comfortable, with high water pressure in the shower that made for a nice experience after a long day. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, and I loved being just a couple of blocks from Zona Rosa's vibrant atmosphere. The breakfast was a highlight, with friendly staff preparing eggs to order, and a nice selection of fresh fruits. One issue was the refrigerator in my suite didn’t work properly, which was a bit annoying and wasn’t resolved during my stay. Additionally, I felt that the breakfast options could have had a bit more variety, especially for longer stays. Overall, it was a lovely place with a few areas for improvement that I hope they address.

The location is ideal for accessing local coffee bars.
During my stay, I faced several challenges. The noise from the street interrupted my sleep, making it difficult to rest well at night. Additionally, I found the refrigerator in my room was broken, and despite reporting it, no action was taken to fix or replace it. I expected better considering the price paid for a suite, yet the overall experience felt disappointing.

A welcoming stay in the city
From the moment I entered, I was greeted by friendly staff who went out of their way to ensure a comfortable visit. The breakfast spread blew me away—eggs cooked to perfection and fresh fruits every day! Plus, the location was unbeatable, steps away from Zona T's vibrant nightlife.
However, the heating system in the room kept resetting, and it was a bit chilly at night. Even though extra blankets helped, it was inconvenient. Also, the shower was smaller than expected, which made for a cramped experience.

The hotel is close to some great parks, ideal for our five kids to run around. The rooms are big and comfortable with nice, modern decor. We also appreciated the efficient staff and strong WiFi during our family stay.
In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast options could use improvement.

The executive suite was spacious and comfortable, offering a fantastic shower with excellent water pressure. The location in a quiet neighborhood is ideal for accessing local coffee bars and dining options. However, there were issues with the front desk that resulted in being charged twice for my stay. this was quite frustrating and overshadowed an otherwise pleasant experience. Breakfast options, while tasty, could provide a wider variety of items for guests staying multiple days.

I had a fantastic time during my 4-night stay—especially enjoying the huge selection of fresh fruits at breakfast and the cozy lounge area that felt like a second home. One hiccup was the bed being a bit uncomfortable due to two mattresses, but overall, I would definitely choose this place again!
